AASC was founded by Mr. Ian Gannon as a way to provide quality Property Maintenance and Inspection Services to the greater Fairbanks and North Pole Areas. Ian has lived in Fairbanks his whole life and has over thirteen years of experience in Facilities Maintenance and Construction, as well as an Occupational Endorsement in Rural Facilities Maintenance.
