Our owner is an experienced and hard working professional in most things to do with construction and mechanics, and at AASC we do our best to try to be adaptable and accommodating to our clients.

Snow Removal
We are proud to offer snow plowing services to clients in the winter months. The past few years have seen some record snowfalls, and we realize that following these large storms many may be stuck without a way to leave their home without snow removal. We feel honored to be able help the communities of Fairbanks and North Pole with their snow removal needs, and reduce interruption to their daily life. We do our best to offer fair pricing, and accommodate urgent situations as best we can.
Home Inspection
AASC currently offers Home Inspections to existing residential homes. We are Professionally Licensed, Bonded, and Insured in all services that we offer, including General Liability and Errors & Omission insurance that covers each Home Inspection performed. We use the American Society of Home Inspectors Standards of Practice. Refer to our Forms and Contracts page for a copy.
